El Soudi for Paper is well-known and has been producing high-quality paper products for many years. In this section, we will take a closer look at the different machines used by El Soudi for paper manufacturing and how they contribute to the overall success of the factory.

EG Paper
PAPER MACHINE 1
The Italian brand paper machine was founded in 2010, with an annual production capacity of 45,000 metric tons. The web width of the produced paper measures 2,450 meters, with a grammage ranging from 112 to 175 grams per square meter.
PAPER MACHINE 2
The second paper mill under our purview is a German brand (VOITH) that commenced actual production operations in 2016. This mill boasts an annual production capacity of 55,000 metric tons, with a web width of 2,650 meters and a grammage range of 90 to 175 grams per square meter.
Carta Misr
PAPER MACHINE 3
The European brand machine for producing printing and writing paper grades, with an annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 metric tons. The machine boasts a web width of 3,000 meters and is capable of producing paper with a grammage range of 70 to 150 grams per square meter.
PAPER MACHINE 4
The Italian brand paper machine, established in 2012, specializes in producing white-top paper and has an annual production capacity of 35,000 metric tons. The produced paper features a web width of 2,600 meters and a grammage range of 140 to 250 grams per square meter. The machine is equipped with a high-density pulper and a drum pulper, as well as an automatic chemical unit. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a complete stock preparation line, including refiners. The machine also boasts a press section with a jumbo press and a smoothening press.
EG Paper's PM1 commenced production of 25,000 tons in 2010, which increased to 37,300 tons in 2022.
PM2 launched in 2015 and commenced full-scale production in 2016, with a quantity of 33,000 tons. In 2022, the production was increased to 53,000 tons.
After the acquisition of Carta Misr, PM3 Resumed its production in 2021 and saw a production of 19,000 tons in 2021, which highly increased to 35,000 tons in 2022.
PM4 upgraded in 2019, saw a production of 31,000 tons in 2019, and increased to 35,000 tons in 2022.
